Dr. Fei Zou

Chairman and CEO

Dr. Fei Zou is a founder and the CEO of Helios Data, a Silicon Valley based technology company that focus on helping enterprises to achieve personal data privacy compliance and convert compliant data into revenues and growth through secure data sharing and monetization. Before founding Helios Data in 2017, Dr. Zou spent close to 20 years in the investment management industry, taking senior positions at Synergie Capital, China Investment Corporation (CIC), and American Century Investments.  

Dr. Zou serves as a board member at several global companies such as BYD Company Ltd and Delta Dunia Makmur TBK PT; and also advised multi-national corporations and private equity funds such as Louis Dreyfus and Stockbridge Capital Group.   

Dr. Zou received his Ph.D. in Finance and MS in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of CFA Institute.
