Product Marketing
Helios Data is rapidly accelerating its growth and is adding to all its customer facing teams - sales, sales engineering, marketing and service support. You will drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of go-to-market plans, product launches, positioning and messaging for the Helios Data Platform (HDP). The head of Marketing has a clear understanding of both the data privacy industry and technical solutions supporting the most advanced applications of AI, automation, networking and security. The individual will exhibit outstanding leadership skills and be a dynamic and confident presenter.
Requirements
Clearly understands technology and can abstract business/solution value in fields of automation software, AI, network infrastructure, security, identity management, DLP
7+ years’ of experience in Product Marketing; B2B enterprise software, privacy / security and big data enterprise IT environment
Previous experience managing a marketing team
Proven track record of successful product launches, and creating highly effective sales materials high paced GTM environments
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills across multiple audiences – technical teams, business teams and C-suite executives
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources
BA/BS degree in business or marketing or related discipline (MBA a plus)
Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
Lead a team of marketers, designers and partner marketers to set goals, direction and manage day-to-day priorities, workflow and quality
Partner with internal teams to develop integrated product launch plans, announcements, press releases, presentations, whitepapers and web content
Responsible for quality and clarity of the positioning, messaging, storytelling, collateral, online content and sales enablement materials for our portfolio of offers
Monitor competitive activities, identifying gaps and opportunities
Communicate optimal use case aligned to satisfy their needs and align with their current business objectives
Focus on customer satisfaction, drive customer confidence and maximize success
