Sr. Digital Data Product Manager

 As the Head of Product Management, you and your team will be responsible for the end to end Helios Data platform. Our ideal candidate will have already led teams to build successful data management and compliance products in agile software development environments. You will guide new product development through all stages of the product life cycle, from the identification of customer needs and product definition through development, launch, and sustainment. This is a highly cross-functional role and you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and business operations teams. You will be responsible for shaping our overall product strategy and roadmap, working closely with the executive team to support the achievement of company business objectives. 

The candidate should have a strong product management & strategy background with experience leading teams. A great product leader sits at the intersection of business, technology, and design. They will be expected to provide business teams with strategic advice on leveraging technology and data to drive key business outcomes – increased revenue, cost reduction, and increased employee productivity. You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative driving with the following primary responsibilities-

Requirements

  • Industry expertise (AdTech / Fintech — data onboarding, identify resolution and data management platform, etc.; 3+ years) Familiar with data cleanroom solutions (Eg. Liveramp Safe Haven) 

  • In current and past roles, owns and drives product strategy, roadmap, UX/UI, feature definition, and integration with 3rd parties/partners. Scope includes new product launch, product extensions, and ongoing product management to deliver commercial goals 

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent consumer-facing products that were commercially successful; ability to develop differentiated products that uniquely serve target customers 

  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring the multi-functional team to deliver products and services — stakeholders across marketing/customer acquisition, UX/UI, IT/delivery, risk/compliance, servicing, operations, and multiple 3rd party vendors 

  • Passion for building disruptive digital products 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop innovative and industry-leading products that uniquely serve cross-border HeliosData customers and differentiate our products from competitors (Adtech, Fintech, etc.) 

  • Lead and drive the cross-border onboarding platform across, mobile, online, and call center, including product strategy, roadmap, UX, feature definition, and integration with 3rd parties experience. This includes new product launches, product extensions, and ongoing product management. 

  • Responsible for onboarding funnel optimization and sales metrics for the Data Exchange Market 

  • Drive the tactics and delivery timelines for the work 

  • Prioritize and sequence product initiatives against a mandate 

  • Work with technology and analytics to analyze data and conduct experiments (i.e. A/B tests) in order to optimize the product and business metrics, including application completion and customer experience 

  • Influence cross-functional peers in order to build a strong partnership in delivering excellent products and services 

  • Influence key stakeholders throughout HeliosData in order to align resources and prioritization
